Social compliance in our factory

     Social compliance refers to the standards and regulations a factory must follow related to social and ethical issues, such as labor rights, health and safety, environmental protection, and anti-discrimination policies. It aims to ensure that the factory operates in a responsible and sustainable manner, taking into account the well-being of workers, local communities, and the environment. Examples of social compliance standards include the Fair Labor Association (FLA), the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), and the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI).
